Our Jobs and Volunteer Vacancies offer the opportunity to join a supportive, values-led setting where creativity, care, and consistency help learners build confidence, independence, and real-world skills. We are interested in passionate individuals who can contribute to our learning environment—whether through teaching and learning support, pastoral and wellbeing roles, mentoring, administration, or specialist input across our creative pathways (including photography, TV production, web development, digital marketing, game development, journalism, and graphic design). Volunteers are also valued members of our community and can play a vital role by offering encouragement, practical help in sessions, and positive role-modelling for learners.
